The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without OpenCartArabic Extensions’s permission, is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website.
LICENSE
By OpenCartArabic Extension purchasing:
Customer will receive source code open 100%. (exception case of extensions with more components: opencart + other component | E.g: Java side of Android Store)Customer will obtain a License Certificate which will remain valid for 1 year, until OpenCartArabic Extensions terminates this License because of Customer's failure to comply with any of its Terms and Conditions.Each license is valid for a Single Domain.You are allowed to customize our products to fit with your using purpose.
PRODUCT UPDATE
OpenCartArabic Extensions does upgrade regularly to meet new requests from customers or make our products work with later versions of OpenCart. We are Providing FREE Lift Time UPDATE for extensions purchased separately. OpencartArabic Customers can download updated versions by logging in our store and go to My account > Downloads.
SUPPORT
1 YEAR FREE SUPPORT for extensions purchased separately.Our Support includes answering questions related to our products, bug/error fixing to make sure our products work well on your site exactly like our demo.Support does not include customising our product to fit your own needs; customisation request will require some fee.We strongly believe that one year being beside you is stable enough to make the extension work perfectly on your site.To ask for support or report bugs, please contact us.kindly understand that support requests that arrive at our weekend will be processed when we’re back to the office on next Monday.
REFUND
OpencartArabic offers 30-day money back guarantee for all of our products if extension is not working as described or if we can't fix your issue on default opencart store.You will receive the refund within 7 days since your request is confirmed.We Will accepted refund requests if customer not allow us to check if extension was installed correctly or not.All refund requests after 30 days are not accepted. Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation and customisation services.
We do not offer refund policy for Membership fee either.Please note that these Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. OpenCartArabic Extensions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Regardless, we will post any Terms and Conditions changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
